Shipping Methods and Options
We primarily use UPS for shipping our truffles, but we reserve the right to use other carriers if necessary. During the checkout process, you will have the option to choose your preferred shipping speed. We will do our best to ship the goods via the selected method chosen at checkout, but please note that this is not guaranteed.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Weather Conditions and Heat Sensitivity
Our truffles are heat-sensitive products. To ensure that your Truffles arrive in perfect condition, we may adjust the shipping method based on current weather conditions. During warmer months, we might take extra precautions to prevent melting.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages and Issues
No Chewing Allowed! is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
